We are seeking an Account Manager to directly manage client relationships and oversee digital and audiovisual project demands. This role involves ensuring clear, organized, and efficient communication between clients and internal teams (social media, producers, designers, media, etc.). It is an ideal opportunity for individuals who enjoy organization, relationship management, planning, and problem-solving, with a strong sense of ownership, proactivity, and agility. Responsibilities: - Serve as the primary point of contact between clients and the agency. - Manage digital and audiovisual account demands (posts, campaigns, scripts, videos, graphic assets, etc.). - Act as the liaison between clients and internal teams: social media, producers, designers, media, etc. - Ensure timely delivery, organized task management, and alignment of priorities. - Participate in briefing meetings, proposal presentations, and general alignment sessions. - Monitor schedules, approval workflows, and delivery statuses. - Ensure delivery quality for clients. - Anticipate needs, identify opportunities for improvement, and propose solutions. - Support the development of reports, presentations, and monthly planning documents. Requirements: - Prior experience in account management, customer success, or account handling—preferably within an agency setting. - Strong verbal and written communication skills. - Organizational ability, autonomy, and capacity to manage multiple projects simultaneously. - Ability to manage deadlines and ensure efficient workflow between team and client. - Proactivity, emotional intelligence, and solution-oriented mindset. - Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related fields (or relevant technical courses).
