**REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS**
Completed or ongoing bachelor’s degree in Administration, Psychology, Human Resources Management, or related fields. Postgraduate specialization in People Management or Organizational Psychology is desirable; Previous generalist experience in Human Resources, with emphasis on Recruitment and Selection, and Training and Development; Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with HR management systems.
