Job Summary: We are seeking a PCD Receptionist / Flow Controller to welcome patients, organize patient care, and manage the movement of people in a hospital environment. Key Highlights: 1. Attention to detail and proactivity **Job Description:** We are looking for a PCD professional to work as a Receptionist / Flow Controller, contributing to the organization of patient care, ensuring humane patient reception, and assisting with entry control and movement of people. **Requirements:** * Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office suite and management systems); * Good communication and organizational skills; * Attention to detail and proactivity. * Medical report certifying disability (mandatory). **Responsibilities:** * Receive patients, companions, and visitors in a humane manner; * Conduct initial screening of information (reason for visit, medical specialty, health insurance); * Provide guidance on hospital departments: emergency care, inpatient admission, diagnostic tests, etc.; * Direct patients according to defined priorities; * Register and update data in the hospital information system; * Verify personal identification documents, health insurance cards, and authorizations; * Inform about visiting hours, procedures, rules, and general instructions. **Note:** This position is exclusively for persons with disabilities (PCD).
