If you identify with our company, join VALGROUP—we’ll go much further together! **\#transformplasticwithus** **Responsibilities and Duties** * Plan, organize, and coordinate production activities according to established specifications and quality standards; * Coordinate the development of controls and targets related to productive capacity; * Coordinate and analyze economic aspects, aiming to reduce costs associated with consumable materials used in production; * Coordinate and jointly develop, with the Maintenance department, preventive maintenance plans to improve machine and equipment utilization; * Coordinate and monitor daily production performance via KPIs, proposing actions and adjustments as needed; * Monitor and provide strategic plans to meet required O.E.E. indices; * Ensure standardized work practices across all operations; * Develop people through training and mentoring aligned with the flexibility matrix; * Ensure adherence to pre-established routines related to quality and processes. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Process Management, or related fields; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite; * Knowledge of SAP system (preferred); * Prior experience in the field is desirable; * Flexibility regarding working hours; * Willingness to work in Lorena, SP. **Additional Information** * Medical Plan * Dental Plan * Food Basket * Chartered Transportation * Life Insurance * Profit Sharing Program (PPR) For nearly half a century, **Valgroup** has established itself as a reference in plastic production, processing, and recycling, with strategically located facilities across Brazil and worldwide.
