**PCP Assistant – Efficiency and Growth in Production** **Key Responsibilities** * Assist in the **development and updating of the production schedule**. * **Record and track production orders** in the ERP system. * Control and record **material movements** between inventory and production. * Support the **analysis of production capacity** and resource availability. * Monitor deadlines and **report delays or deviations**. * Assist in issuing **production reports and KPIs**. * Interact with departments such as **Warehousing, Procurement, and Production** to ensure proper workflow. * Comply with internal **quality and safety** standards and procedures. **Requirements** * **Education:** Completed high school (technical course in Administration, Logistics, or related fields preferred). * **Experience:** Prior experience in PCP or administrative roles related to production is desirable. **Knowledge** * Microsoft Office Suite (**intermediate Excel**). * ERP systems (**a plus**). * Basic understanding of **production planning and control**. **Competencies** * Organization and **attention to detail**. * Strong communication skills and ability to **work in a team**. * **Proactivity** and results orientation. **Advantages** * Experience in the **industrial sector**. * Knowledge of **automation processes** or **ultrasonic technology**.
