ABB is looking for a **Sales Support Advisor PL** to join our **Motion** team in Brazil. If you have experience in offer preparation, cost management, technical analysis, and interaction with internal and external customers — and are ready to tackle challenges in a dynamic and collaborative environment — this opportunity is for you! **Responsibilities** * Participate in and prepare technical and commercial offers, conducting internal cost assessments related to civil construction and electromechanical assembly of products, systems, or services. * Conduct medium-complexity cost assessments, ensuring technical accuracy and feasibility. * Prepare technical and financial aspects of offers, specifying pricing, negotiation terms, and competitive alternatives. * Present proposals to internal management and engineering teams to enable accurate estimation of cost, timeline, and resources. * Define the most suitable technologies and products according to application requirements, configuring solutions and consulting specialists when necessary. * Coordinate responses from all parties involved in the proposal, analyzing scope interfaces and organizing technical visits. * Develop technical presentations for customer meetings in collaboration with the Sales team. * Identify and evaluate potential suppliers, aligning quotations with specifications and collaborating with SCM on budget requests. * Organize technical and commercial documentation, recording assumptions and decisions made during the offer process. * Prepare risk assessment processes per internal policies, presenting them to the responsible team where applicable. **Requirements** * Completed Technical or Technologist education. * Prior experience in sales support, application engineering, proposal development, or related fields. * Solid proficiency in spreadsheet software (Excel). * Knowledge of project management. * Experience preparing offers for electrical systems. **Preferred Qualifications** * Knowledge of AutoCAD. * Familiarity with ABB products. **What We Offer** * The opportunity to join a global company engaged in high-impact industrial projects. * A collaborative and continuously learning environment, with access to training programs and advanced technologies. * Opportunities for solid technical career development, with potential for advancement within the organization. **About ABB’s Motion Division** ABB’s **Motion** division is a global leader in motors, inverters, drives, and energy efficiency solutions.
