Job Summary: A professional responsible for maintaining good relationships with delivery personnel, reviewing documentation, assisting companies and delivery personnel, and resolving issues. Key Highlights: 1. Maintain good relationships with platform delivery personnel 2. Review documentation and assist companies/delivery personnel 3. Problem resolution and reporting of situations \- Maintain good relationships with platform delivery personnel; \- Review documentation submitted by delivery personnel seeking activation; \- Assist companies and delivery personnel with inquiries; \- Resolve issues; \- Report situations through reports; And other routine tasks within the department. Availability to work 6 days per week. Shift: 2:00 PM to 11:00 PM. Employment Type: Full-time, CLT (Consolidation of Labor Laws) permanent position Compensation: R$1\.600,00 \- R$2\.300,00 per month Benefits: * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Experience: * Computer skills (Mandatory)
