Opportunity for professional growth within Ricoh Brasil **Position:** Ricoh Printer Technical Assistant **Job Mission:** Ensure the availability and optimal operation of Ricoh multifunction printers installed at customer sites by conducting periodic inspections, supplying consumables, and providing basic user support—ensuring excellence in the Ricoh product and service experience. * ️ **Main Responsibilities:** * Conduct periodic inspections to verify equipment functionality and condition; * Supply paper and toner to keep machines continuously operational; * Perform external cleaning and maintenance of equipment; * Provide basic user support for printing, copying, and scanning inquiries; * Log and track technical requests and incidents promptly and systematically; * Escalate to specialized technical support when required, ensuring adherence to response timelines; * Act with courtesy and professionalism to strengthen the relationship between Ricoh and the customer. **Requirements:** * Completed high school education; * Strong communication skills, collaborative attitude, and willingness to learn; * Proactive, dedicated, and responsible profile; * Interest in professional growth within Ricoh Brasil Rua Ambrósio Molina, 1090 – Engenho de Melo – São José dos Campos/SP **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, from 08:00 to 17:00 **Temporary Position** ***Duration: February 16, 2026 to March 17, 2026 – ERICSON Client \- Vacation Coverage Role for 45 days.*** **Why Join Ricoh?** Here, we believe that **technology and people advance together**.
