Job Overview: **Summary of Main Job Responsibilities:** * Perform and monitor low-complexity inspection, maintenance, or technical activities on facilities, machines, and equipment within one’s area of expertise, according to pre-established standards, aiming for maximum process availability for production or supporting the development of projects and studies; * Assist in scheduling inspection, maintenance, and repair activities for routine maintenance, issuing service orders detailing required resources and materials; * Requisition materials necessary for routine repairs/maintenance, specifying parts and requesting required supplies; * Review shift reports and emergency incident reports, and monitor the development of actions to eliminate occurred failures; * Perform necessary calculations for technical studies, verifying potential interferences and proposing relevant modifications and adjustments; * Collect information and records regarding maintenance execution/inspection to support the review of planning or technical projects and studies; * Participate, together with the technical team, in analyses of occurred failures, proposing solutions and process improvements; * Participate in the planning and implementation of improvement projects and testing phases; * Comply with quality and occupational safety standards and procedures by attending corporate courses and trainings, using PPEs and other equipment, and applying guidelines during job performance; * Operate computerized systems in the area of operation to perform tasks; * Maintain organization and cleanliness of equipment and tools in the area and workshops; * Read, understand, and develop action plans to address major issues affecting maintenance indicators (MTTR, MTBF, COST). Responsibilities and Qualifications: **Education:** Technical degree in Mechanical Engineering or related fields (registered with CFT). **Experience:** Solid prior experience as a Mechanical Maintenance Technician, preferably in the metallurgical industry. *Persons with Disabilities (PwD) interested in this opportunity must attach their medical certificate during registration.* Location Profile: We are the world leader in aluminum rolled products and recycling.
