Occupational Safety Technician | Frasle Mobility - Extrema Site - Nakata

If you believe safety goes beyond regulatory compliance and is embedded in the core of business operations, Frasle Mobility—the manufacturer of Nakata and a national benchmark in the automotive market—is seeking an **Occupational Safety Technician** to join its Extrema/MG facility, actively contributing to strengthening the Safety, Health, and Environment (SSHE) culture within a structured and continuously evolving industrial environment.

**Responsibilities and Duties**
* Develop, implement, and monitor **SSHE Instructions**, in accordance with current legislation;
* Ensure full execution and adherence to **SSHE Instructions** across production and administrative processes;
* Develop and deliver training, onboarding sessions, refresher courses, and capacity-building programs for leaders, teams, and the Internal Accident Prevention Committee (CIPA);
* Conduct safety inspections, risk analyses, and technical site visits to identify deviations and improvement opportunities;
* Lead **daily safety briefings** with leadership;
* Monitor environmental conditions at workstations;
* Manage control, distribution, and registration of **PPEs** in the system;
* Collaborate with the **Fire Brigade** and **CIPA**;
* Track the **Accident Pyramid**, investigate incidents, and propose action plans;
* **Monitor, analyze, and present SSHE indicators**, preparing management reports and action plans;
* Ensure issuance, implementation, and follow-up of **legal reports, permits, and audits**;
* Uphold compliance with safety, quality, organization, and cleanliness standards.
**Requirements and Qualifications** **Mandatory Requirements**
Completed High School;
Technical qualification in Occupational Safety, with active registration at the Ministry of Labor and Employment (MTE) (mandatory);
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite;
**Preferred Qualifications**
Technical qualification in Environmental Management;
Experience in environmental management;
Advanced Excel skills, focused on analysis, monitoring, and presentation of indicators.
