Continuous improvement of forestry processes **Description** **We are seeking a Forestry Technician to perform fieldwork with a focus on quality audits, support operational teams, and drive continuous improvement of forestry processes.** This position is essential to ensure technical compliance of activities, support team qualification, and contribute to the operational efficiency of forestry work fronts. **Responsibilities and Duties** Conduct field inspections and audits of in-house and third-party teams; Deliver technical training and refresher courses as needed; Accurately record and report inspection and audit data; Support team routine organization to enhance productivity and optimize resources; Identify quality deviations in operational processes and propose corrective actions; Maintain active communication with technical departments and participate in alignment meetings; Contribute to other related activities within the area as required. **Requirements and Qualifications** Education Technical degree in forestry or a related field. Experience with silvicultural techniques and knowledge of sustainable forest management practices; Knowledge of topography, road construction and maintenance, soil preparation, planting, ant control, and fertilization; Proficiency in PowerPoint and intermediate knowledge of Excel; Prior experience as a forestry technician or in similar roles.
