Job Summary: This professional will assist in casting operations, equipment maintenance, and area organization, following safety and quality standards. Key Highlights: 1. Monitoring and correction of deviations during pig iron casting 2. Assisting in the preparation of pouring spouts and troubleshooting furnaces 3. Daily equipment inspection and maintenance of an organized work area * Monitor the casting wheel during pig iron demolding and correct any deviations, immediately notifying the supervisor; * Assist furnace operators in preparing pouring spouts; * Assist furnace operators in troubleshooting issues in the tapping area during furnace shutdowns; * Roll ingot molds to facilitate demolding; * Comply with corporate and operational standards and procedures for assigned tasks (Routine Management, Safety Procedures, Quality and Environmental Standards, etc.); * In emergency situations involving production process shutdowns, the employee may be temporarily reassigned to other functions; * Inspect and verify daily the operating condition of equipment; * Keep the work area clean and organized; * Report equipment failures; * Sort and collect scrap generated during casting;
