Company is hiring a Human Resources Analyst in Diamante do Oeste. **Responsibilities:** Conduct recruitment and selection processes in coordination with consulting firms, resume screening, interviews, and reporting. Administer technical and behavioral assessments according to job profiles. Maintain updated job descriptions and competency profiles. Conduct internal selection processes and youth/apprentice recruitment programs. Organize and execute integration and onboarding of new employees. Support internal marketing initiatives. Training Needs Assessment (TNA). Monitor the Annual Training Plan. Manage logistics and control of training classes. Track HR indicators. Support performance evaluations (desirable knowledge).
