Job Summary: The professional will perform biological sample collection, sample identification and triage, preparation of supplies, workplace organization and inventory control, as well as provide humanized care. Humanized patient care Work Schedule * 12x36 Main Responsibilities * Perform biological sample collection, when qualified and authorized by the company. * Conduct sample identification, verification, triage, and registration. * Prepare materials, equipment, and supplies required for laboratory tests. * Organize, package, and forward samples for internal processing or transportation. * Assist in performing tests as directed by the technical supervisor. * Perform cleaning, organization, and maintenance of equipment, workbenches, and the workplace. * Monitor inventory levels of consumables, reagents, and supplies, reporting replenishment needs. * Execute waste disposal procedures in accordance with biosafety regulations. * Strictly comply with internal protocols, ANVISA regulations, good laboratory practices, and quality procedures. * Correctly use Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). * Provide humanized patient care during sample collection and basic guidance. * Assist with telephone and in-person patient service as needed. * Accurately record information in internal systems within established deadlines. * Support other administrative and operational routines of the department upon leadership request. Requirements * Training in Laboratory Assistant, Clinical Analysis Technician, Nursing Technician, Clinical Pathology Technician, or related fields (as required by the company). * Basic computer skills. * Prior experience in sample (blood) collection is desirable. Salary: R$1.621,00 - R$2.024,00 per month Work Location: On-site
