Collaboration with the executive board on strategic planning Responsibilities: * Manage the company's financial and administrative areas; * Develop and monitor financial planning, budgeting, and cash flow; * Analyze financial indicators, results, and company performance to support strategic decision-making; * Structure, organize, and optimize financial and administrative processes to ensure operational efficiency; * Prepare and monitor managerial reports and financial analyses; * Collaborate with the executive board on business strategic planning and financial control; * Manage support teams, including HR, cleaning, and maintenance; * Monitor goals, indicators, and performance of the administrative and financial areas. Requirements: * Experience in financial and administrative areas; * Experience with financial planning, cash flow, and budgeting; * Knowledge of financial indicators and managerial reports; * Experience in team management; * Analytical, organized, and communicative profile; * Proficiency in Excel / Office Suite (ERP knowledge is desirable).
