Responsible for quantitative survey and material quotation **JOB MISSION** Ensure project financial accuracy through technical budget preparation and feasibility studies, ensuring rigorous cost and input quantification to support sound decisions that protect the company's profit margin. **RESPONSIBILITIES** * Quantitative survey of all construction phases for budget preparation; * Conduct quotations for pricing materials and services; * Preparation and completion of budget and feasibility spreadsheets; * Preparation of external and internal infrastructure budgets; * Integration of information with construction sites and related departments to establish assumptions and feed back future budgets; * Entry of new inputs into the ERP system; * Entry of construction budgets into the ERP system; * Preparation of construction budgets and feasibility analyses; * Preparation of specific studies for improvements; * Budgetary analysis of projects; * Preparation of headquarters and site indicators, aiming to create comparative and historical indices; * Support immediate management in developing and defining indicators; * Perform other tasks related to the position as requested by the immediate supervisor. **REQUIREMENTS** * Prior experience in construction budgeting (Civil Construction) * Bachelor's degree completed in Civil Engineering; Architecture; or related fields * Experience with the Sienge ERP system will be a plus for this position * Experience in real estate development will be a plus for this position
