Responsibilities * Plan and develop balanced menus in accordance with contractual guidelines; * Coordinate food production, control orders, manage storage and withdrawal of goods; * Implement quality and food safety, hygiene, and cleaning protocols; * Supervise and train staff on good practices for food handling and preparation; * Control and manage inventory to prevent waste; * Maintain required records and documentation; * Develop educational programs on healthy eating; * Ensure compliance with food safety legislation and audits; * Monitor costs, implement strategies to reduce waste, and manage finances; * Provide customer service, conduct satisfaction surveys, and manage portfolio; * Implement sustainable practices and innovation in the kitchen; * Monitor and perform preventive maintenance of kitchen equipment; * Identify, negotiate with, and develop suppliers.
