The required qualifications must be demonstrated by: a) Diploma/Certificate duly issued by an institution recognized by the Brazilian Ministry of Education (MEC), and/or; b) Course completion certificate accompanied by academic transcript, both duly signed and stamped (only valid for up to 180 days following degree completion).
