Support for information update and security projects **Job Mission** Provide technical and operational support to the Information Technology department, ensuring the proper functioning of the group's equipment, systems, and networks. The assistant handles user requests, software installations, and preventive equipment maintenance, supporting the analyst in implementing improvements and safeguarding information security. **Responsibilities** * Provide technical support to users, resolving questions and issues related to software, equipment, and network; * Assist in the installation and configuration of computers, printers, peripherals, and programs; * Support preventive and corrective maintenance of IT equipment; * Assist in creating and maintaining user accounts and access profiles (Microsoft 365 and internal systems); * Support inventory management and organization of equipment and software licenses; * Monitor and report network failures, connectivity issues, and server outages; * Support backup execution and file monitoring; * Ensure compliance with information security policies; * Support the analyst in system upgrade and process automation projects.
