Job Summary: Performs low-complexity operational activities in utility systems, focusing on boilers, cooling, and water treatment, while ensuring safety and organization. Key Highlights: 1. Support in maintenance, cleaning, and monitoring of systems Perform low-complexity operational activities in utility systems, focusing on supporting boiler operations, cooling systems, chemical dosing and monitoring at the water and effluent treatment plant, and biomass feeding conveyors. Work under direct supervision, prioritizing safety, organization, and efficiency. **Responsibilities and Duties** Assist in start-up and shutdown procedures for biomass conveyors; Conduct simple visual inspections of conveyors and boilers; Assist in basic maintenance of conveyors; Support conveyor cleaning and unclogging; Perform raw material testing and assist in chemical product control; Immediately report any irregularities to leadership; Dose raw materials whenever necessary; Carry out all planned production activities, reporting difficulties to the immediate supervisor; Collect samples for laboratory analysis according to operational instructions; Maintain organization, hygiene, and cleanliness of work areas to ensure a safe and conducive working environment; Perform duties in alignment with the company's values, policies, guidelines, procedures, and processes, always focusing on organizational goals and maintaining confidentiality and protection of company information; Uphold discipline in the 5S program, aiming for safe work through organization, standardization, and workplace cleanliness; Safeguard company assets under one's responsibility, promptly informing the immediate supervisor of any problems or damages detected; Comply with Work Instructions (WIs) and NR-13 regulations for boilers; Perform job-related tasks adhering to all occupational safety, health, and environmental regulations established by the organization, and consistently use all mandatory Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) required for job and departmental activities; responsible for immediately notifying the immediate supervisor of any activity posing risk to one's own health or that of colleagues; Perform duties in alignment with the company's values, policies, guidelines, procedures, and processes, always focusing on organizational goals and maintaining confidentiality and protection of company information; Uphold discipline in the 5S program, aiming for safe work through organization, standardization, and workplace cleanliness; Safeguard company assets under one's responsibility, promptly informing the immediate supervisor of any problems or damages detected. **Requirements and Qualifications** Completed high school education; Prior experience in the field is desirable. **Additional Information** Benefits: Meal allowance; Health insurance (Unimed); Dental plan; Transportation allowance; Profit-sharing program (PPR); Gympass; On-site meals.
