We are looking for professionals to work as sales representatives in a Claro authorized store, delivering comprehensive telecommunications solutions. Here, your role will be to delight customers with exceptional service and a results-driven mindset. What will be your responsibilities? - Provide in-store customer service with excellence, promptness, and friendliness; - Identify each customer’s consumption profile and offer suitable Claro products and services; - Execute administrative and tax-related routines associated with sales and transactions (payments, documents, etc). Prerequisites: - Completed high school education; - Prior experience in retail, telecommunications, or sales is desirable; - Customer service experience will be considered a plus; - Strong communication skills, logical reasoning, and enthusiasm for sales; - Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office suite. Contract and Work Schedule: - CLT permanent employment | In-person work, Monday to Saturday Compensation and Benefits: - Fixed salary: R$ 1.850,00 - Attractive commission based on sales performance - Meal allowance: R$ 400.00/day - Transportation allowance (standard 6% deduction) - Why might this opportunity be ideal for you?
