Additionally, the professional will communicate with the Operational Control Center (OCC) to ensure smooth operations and highway safety. * Control and monitor vehicle traffic on highways, ensuring compliance with traffic regulations and maintaining safety; * Conduct vehicle inspections, checking documentation, safety conditions, and compliance with traffic rules; * Coordinate actions to reduce congestion by identifying critical points and implementing measures to optimize traffic flow; * Prevent and respond to risky situations such as accidents or adverse traffic conditions to ensure road fluidity and safety; * Perform light towing operations, safely and efficiently removing disabled or accident-involved vehicles in accordance with safety standards and operational procedures; * Maintain constant communication with the Operational Control Center (OCC), reporting traffic conditions, incidents, and support needs, ensuring efficient coordination of rescue and road maintenance activities; * Monitor road and signage conditions, recording anomalies or maintenance requirements, and coordinating actions with responsible teams; * Provide support to emergency, security, and maintenance teams during accidents or emergency situations on the highway; * Prepare reports on traffic conditions, observed incidents, actions taken, and towing operations performed; * Collaborate with other agencies and teams, such as highway police, security teams, and other service providers, to ensure smooth operations and driver safety; * Ensure communication equipment, tow trucks, and signage are always functioning properly; * Perform other related tasks as directed by the immediate supervisor; * Assist in animal removal operations along the inspected stretch, ensuring user safety; * Perform other related tasks as directed by the immediate supervisor; * Properly use company-provided systems and resources for job performance according to internal policies and procedures; * Properly use company-provided systems and resources for job performance according to internal policies and procedures; * At the beginning of each shift, check the vehicle's operating conditions, including water, oil, tires, overall condition, and fuel level, immediately reporting any deficiencies to the supervisor to ensure compliant vehicle use according to established rules, procedures, and guidelines; * Know and comply with company or legally established policies, rules, procedures, or work instructions related to Quality, Environment, Occupational Health and Safety, and Road Safety systems, according to their area of operation. **Requirements and qualifications** Complete Elementary Education; Driver's License Category C and/or D; **Additional information** Work location: Paranaiba/MS Working hours: 2-days-on, 2-days-off shift schedule; Meal allowance; Medical insurance (Unimed Nacional); Life insurance; Wellhub (Gympass); **In our selection processes, everyone is welcome. In the Way\-262 concession, Way Brasil partners with investment manager Kinea. **Way\-306** The MS\-306 Highway Concession Company S.A. is responsible for administering the entire length of MS\-306, from kilometer zero at the MS/MT border to kilometer 218.1 at the junction with BR\-158 in Cassilândia (MS), including 1.4 kilometers of BR\-359 from kilometer zero to the MS/GO border. The highway crosses three municipalities: Costa Rica, Chapadão do Sul, and Cassilândia, all located in the northeastern region of Mato Grosso do Sul state. **Way\-112** The East MS Highways Concession Company S.A. manages the MS\-112 highway and sections of BR\-158 and BR\-436, totaling 412.4 kilometers. MS\-112 runs from the junction with BR\-158 in Três Lagoas to the same federal highway in Cassilândia, spanning 200.5 kilometers. The BR\-158 concession section extends from the MS\-306 highway (Cassilândia) to the junction with MS\-444 (Selvíria), totaling 193.8 kilometers. The BR\-436 section runs from its junction with BR\-158 in Aparecida do Taboado to the end of the road-rail bridge, covering 18.1 kilometers, crossing six municipalities: Cassilândia, Paranaíba, Aparecida do Taboado, Inocência, Selvíria, and Três Lagoas. **Way\-262** The BR 262 MG Highway Concession Company S.A. manages the BR\-262 highway, a stretch starting at km 360\+100 at the junction with BR\-381 in Betim, extending to km 799 at the junction with BR\-050 in Uberaba, totaling 438.9 kilometers. The concessioned stretch lies within Minas Gerais state, in the region known as Triângulo Mineiro, crossing twenty municipalities: Betim, Juatuba, Mateus Leme, Florestal, Igaratinga, Pará de Minas, São Gonçalo do Pará, Conceição do Pará, Nova Serrana, Araújos, Bom Despacho, Moema, Luz, Córrego Dantas, Campos Altos, Ibiá, Araxá, Perdizes, Sacramento, and Uberaba.
