If this profile resonates with you and you wish to be part of an excellence- and results-oriented team, apply now and build a promising future with us! **Responsibilities and Duties** A Traffic Operator is responsible for managing vehicle traffic flow on highways, conducting supervision, traffic control, monitoring road conditions, and supporting light-duty towing operations. Additionally, the professional must communicate with the Operational Control Center (OCC) to ensure smooth operations and highway safety. * Control and monitor vehicle traffic flow on highways, ensuring compliance with traffic regulations and maintaining safety; * Conduct vehicle inspections, verifying documentation, safety conditions, and adherence to traffic regulations; * Coordinate actions to reduce congestion by identifying critical points and implementing measures to optimize traffic flow; * Prevent and intervene in risky situations—such as accidents or adverse traffic conditions—to ensure road fluidity and safety; * Perform light-duty towing operations, safely and efficiently removing immobilized or accident-involved vehicles in accordance with safety standards and operational procedures; * Maintain constant communication with the Operational Control Center (OCC), reporting traffic conditions, incidents, and support needs to ensure efficient coordination of rescue and road maintenance activities; * Monitor road and signage conditions, recording anomalies or maintenance requirements and coordinating actions with responsible teams; * Support emergency, security, and maintenance teams during accidents or emergency situations on the highway; * Prepare reports on traffic conditions, observed incidents, actions taken, and performed towing operations; * Collaborate with other agencies and teams—including highway police, security teams, and other service providers—to ensure smooth operations and driver safety; * Ensure that communication equipment, tow trucks, and signage are always functioning properly; * Perform other related duties as determined by the immediate supervisor; * Assist in animal removal along the inspected stretch, safeguarding user safety; * Perform other related duties as determined by the immediate supervisor; * Properly use company-provided systems and resources to perform job duties in accordance with internal norms and procedures; * Properly use company-provided systems and resources to perform job duties in accordance with internal norms and procedures; * At the start of each shift, inspect the vehicle’s operational condition—including coolant, oil, tire condition, overall vehicle status, and fuel level—and report any deficiencies identified to the immediate supervisor to ensure compliant vehicle usage per norms, procedures, and guidelines; * Know and comply with policies, norms, procedures, or work instructions established by Quality, Environmental, Occupational Health and Safety, and Road Safety management systems applicable to one’s area of activity, as defined by the company or current legislation. **Requirements and Qualifications** Completed Elementary Education; Driver’s License Category C and/or D; **Additional Information** Work location: Paranaíba/MS Work schedule: 2 days on / 2 days off rotation; Meal Allowance; Health Insurance (Unimed Nacional); Life Insurance; Wellhub (Gympass); **We welcome all individuals in our selection processes. On the Way-262 concession, Way Brasil partners with investment manager Kinea. **Way-306** Rodovia MS-306 Concessionaire S.A. administers the entire length of MS-306, from kilometer zero at the Mato Grosso do Sul/Mato Grosso border to kilometer 218.1 at its junction with BR-158 in Cassilândia (MS), and incorporates 1.4 kilometers of BR-359, from kilometer zero to the Mato Grosso do Sul/Goiás border. The highway crosses three municipalities: Costa Rica, Chapadão do Sul, and Cassilândia—all located in the northeastern portion of Mato Grosso do Sul State. **Way-112** Rodovias do Leste MS Concessionaire S.A. manages the MS-112 concession and segments of BR-158 and BR-436, totaling 412.4 kilometers. MS-112 extends 200.5 kilometers from its junction with BR-158 in Três Lagoas to its junction with the same federal highway in Cassilândia. The BR-158 concession segment runs from MS-306 (Cassilândia) to its junction with MS-444 (Selvíria), totaling 193.8 kilometers. The BR-436 concession segment extends 18.10 kilometers—from its junction with BR-158 in Aparecida do Taboado to the end of the road-rail bridge—crossing six municipalities: Cassilândia, Paranaíba, Aparecida do Taboado, Inocência, Selvíria, and Três Lagoas. **Way-262** BR 262 MG Concessionaire S.A. manages the BR-262 concession, covering the stretch from kilometer 360+100—its junction with BR-381 in Betim—to kilometer 799—its junction with BR-050 in Uberaba—for a total length of 438.9 kilometers. This concessioned stretch lies entirely within Minas Gerais State, in the region known as Triângulo Mineiro, crossing twenty municipalities: Betim, Juatuba, Mateus Leme, Florestal, Igaratinga, Pará de Minas, São Gonçalo do Pará, Conceição do Pará, Nova Serrana, Araújos, Bom Despacho, Moema, Luz, Córrego Dantas, Campos Altos, Ibiá, Araxá, Perdizes, Sacramento, and Uberaba.
