Teamwork to ensure restaurant efficiency Restaurant hiring a Kitchen Assistant in Campo Grande. **What will you do in this role?:** Support dish preparation according to instructions from the chef or assigned cook. Perform ingredient pre-preparation and cutting. Ensure kitchen organization and cleanliness, as well as cleanliness of used utensils. Assist in food and supply inventory management. Contribute to dish plating and food finishing. Provide support for kitchen and equipment cleaning and sanitization. Comply with food safety and personal hygiene standards. Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure efficient restaurant operations.
