Job Summary: Assist in food preparation, portioning, and organization while maintaining hygiene and food safety standards in a professional kitchen. Key Highlights: 1. Mandatory participation in training sessions and use of PPE Job Description: * Assist in preparing dishes for the restaurant and room service, following instructions from the Head Chef, Sous Chef, and Cook I; * Perform pre\-preparation tasks: sanitation, cutting of meats, poultry, fish, vegetables, fruits, and cold cuts; * Support cooking, seasoning, and dish finishing as instructed; * Assist in assembling and distributing snacks, salads, desserts, and meals when required; * Perform portioning and food organization for service; * Ensure proper food storage and preservation to prevent waste; * Clean kitchen utensils, equipment, and surfaces according to hygiene standards; * Support the team with other operational demands within the department; * Maintain an organized and sanitized workstation, prioritizing food safety and workplace organization; * Comply with cold room access regulations—only the Head Chef and Sous Chef are permitted entry, and mandatory use of required PPE is enforced; * Mandatory use of PPE (Personal Protective Equipment)—hairnet, apron, thermal gloves, disposable gloves, safety shoes, disposable mask; * Mandatory participation in standard operating procedure training for the respective area, delivered via e-learning, in-person sessions, or as directed by management.
