We seek high-caliber professionals whose DNA reflects boldness, creativity, and strong determination to grow alongside the Group. **Job Mission** Responsible for the technical execution of construction projects and overall construction management to ensure full compliance with design specifications, while guaranteeing quality and safety for all team members, with the objective of integrating the entire engineering team to deliver a final product to our end customers on schedule and with excellence in quality. **Responsibilities** * Manage construction projects; * Coordinate and guide the technical team; * Monitor physical/financial schedules; * Review project designs; * Negotiate and contract services; * Control service and supply quality; * Conduct critical analysis of execution drawings, municipal project submissions, and legal documentation to define optimal construction techniques and logistics; * Size and manage on-site teams to achieve optimal performance and results; * Validate initial construction budgets together with the responsible team, ensuring that quantities and unit prices align with execution drawings; * Approve logistics plans for projects under management, analyzing all interferences and ensuring optimal site utilization. * Validate the Construction Quality Plan to achieve the planned quality level. * Approve Purchase Requests issued by construction sites using the company's ERP system for supplier and material procurement. * Provide technical guidance to the team, ensuring execution in accordance with the company’s quality standards, aiming to meet schedule deadlines and cost control objectives. * Present construction progress reports to Management, including physical progress status, expenditures incurred, change orders generated, and internal audit findings, using the official construction management report. * Justify to Management any change orders generated on projects under management, specifying root causes and corrective actions being implemented. * Participate in planning meetings, leveraging experience to propose solutions for reducing timelines and suggesting action plans to recover delays. * Promote knowledge exchange among construction sites and departments, disseminating best practices in management, production, and control, continuously pursuing excellence. * Provide input during supplier evaluations, sharing relevant information from respective construction projects. * Develop unit delivery schedules to customers, ensuring adherence to company-defined parameters. * Conduct weekly meetings with the team. * Deliver monthly performance reports to Management, identifying gaps and proposing action plans to mitigate them. * Ensure people management to maintain a motivated, developing, and mission-, vision-, value-, and culture-aligned team. * Implement and enforce Human Resources Policies, Guidelines, and Programs. * Safeguard company assets, confidentiality of information, project details, and strategic decisions, preventing risks of any nature and mitigating their effects. * Perform other duties related to this position as requested by the immediate supervisor. **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering; * Active registration with CREA; * Proven experience in construction management and execution; * Knowledge of real estate development and civil construction projects; * Willingness to work on-site.
