**Job Responsibilities:** * Operate and maintain tractors following standard procedures and safety guidelines; * Inspect and adjust agricultural machinery prior to operation, including checking fluids, fuel, tires, and safety systems; * Perform basic maintenance such as lubrication and cleaning, and report issues to the maintenance team; * Follow safety guidelines and regulations, wear personal protective equipment (PPE), and adopt safe work practices; * Monitor and record machine performance, including areas covered and input consumption; * Communicate with the team regarding operations, field conditions, and maintenance needs, collaborating to ensure efficient operations; * Participate in training programs to enhance skills and stay updated on new technologies, sharing knowledge with other operators. **Requirements and Qualifications:** * High school diploma or equivalent; * NR 31 certification; * Driver’s license: Class B. **Benefits:** We offer an attractive benefits package, including various advantages that support the well-being and satisfaction of our employees.
