Check out this opportunity and \#JoinTranspoTech! **Responsibilities and Duties** * Responsible for time tracking and payroll closing, approvals, and adding/removing benefits; * Responsible for Recruitment & Selection (R&S), hiring, employee onboarding, and managing probationary periods; * Organizing and executing internal marketing initiatives; * Supporting Occupational Health and Safety requirements (e.g., PPE distribution, signature collection, documentation, etc.); * Assisting employees, supporting leadership, and performing other duties relevant to the People & Management area at the Aparecida de Goiânia (GO) unit. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed technical or undergraduate degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Administration, or related fields; * Experience in the responsibilities outlined in this job posting; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite; * Analytical and flexible mindset; * Strong organizational skills and ability to manage priorities; * Empathetic and personable demeanor; * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; * Proactive attitude and sense of ownership.
