Job Summary: IT Systems Analyst responsible for implementing, administering, and maintaining corporate systems, with a focus on the Mega ERP, acting strategically and technically. Key Highlights: 1. Level 2 and 3 technical and functional support for complex issues Description: What are we looking for in you? * Experience with Mega ERP (or similar); * Knowledge of programming languages such as VB, Delphi, PL/SQL, and reporting tools; * Analytical ability, proactivity, and strong communication skills. Preferred Qualifications: * Experience with system integrations; * Experience in construction or real estate development environments. We are seeking an IT Systems Analyst responsible for implementing, administering, and maintaining corporate systems, with a focus on the Mega ERP. This person will act strategically and technically, directly contributing to the evolution and stability of the company's deployed solutions. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include: * Implementing, administering, and maintaining systems, with emphasis on the Mega ERP; * Developing new functionalities, customizations, and integrations across ERP modules (Finance, Accounting, Procurement, Sales, Contract Management, Construction Administration, Approvo), as well as other ERPs, CRMs, and control systems; * Programming and maintaining the system using VB/Delphi, PL/SQL (Oracle), and Crystal Reports; * Providing level 2 and 3 technical and functional support to resolve highly complex issues; * Managing contracts with vendors related to systems under your responsibility. 2510310202231841421
