Job Summary: Responsible for ensuring continuous supply of spare parts, optimizing inventory, managing international purchases and import logistics, as well as maintaining data accuracy in the system. Key Highlights: 1. Optimizing the balance between stock availability and financial health. 2. End-to-end support throughout the entire spare parts import process. 3. Accuracy of purchasing and inventory information in the system. Ensure continuous supply of spare parts to headquarters and branches by optimizing the balance between stock availability and financial health, through rigorous monitoring of international purchases and import logistics. Provide end-to-end support for the spare parts import process—from identifying requirements to final delivery. Maintain and continuously update reorder points for headquarters and branches. ABC analysis. Act as intermediary between branch managers and headquarters for emergency import of spare parts not forecasted in inventory. Track in-transit spare parts to prevent duplicate orders for inventory. Responsible for data accuracy in the system, ensuring purchasing and inventory data are always up to date.
