Collaborative work with the sales team and professional development * Conduct clinical and commercial services related to hearing health, ensuring accurate diagnoses, appropriate guidance, and efficient hearing aid fitting—with emphasis on technical excellence, humanized care, and customer satisfaction. * **Appointment and service management:** Plan and organize schedules, confirm appointments with the commercial team (CSO), and ensure complete recording of all services in the system. * **Technical and clinical service:** Conduct assessments and audiometry according to company protocols, interpret results, and accurately document reports. * **Patient counseling and guidance:** Clarify doubts, recommend suitable hearing solutions, instruct on device usage and maintenance, and conduct post\-sales follow\-up. * **Management of materials and equipment:** Monitor inventory levels, request replenishments, and ensure calibration and proper functioning of used equipment. * **Customer relationship and post\-sales support:** Maintain continuous contact with customers, ensure satisfaction, track payments, follow\-up visits, and returns. * **Collaborative work with the sales team:** Synchronize schedules and information with the CSO and maintain clear communication between technical and sales departments. * **Achievement of goals and performance indicators:** Monitor KPIs, report results, and propose process and service improvements. * **Professional development:** Participate in training sessions and meetings, and stay updated on regulations, clinical practices, and requirements set by the Regional Council.
