





Job Description: * Register and confirm reservations via telephone, email, or online channels; * Provide prompt and courteous customer service, clarifying inquiries regarding rates, cancellation policies, availability, and services offered; * Enter and update reservation data in the system, ensuring correct room allocation and accurate information sharing with other departments; * Review daily reservations to identify inconsistencies, duplicates, or special requests; * Support the front desk team with up-to-date occupancy forecasts; * Collaborate with front desk and housekeeping departments to ensure efficient communication and smooth hotel operations; * Assist in resolving reservation-related issues; * Maintain organized records and processes in accordance with internal quality and service standards; * Mandatory participation in standard operating procedure training sessions for the department, delivered via e-learning, in-person, or as directed by management.
