Come revolutionize education with us! **Responsibilities and Duties** * Standardization of Project Methodologies and Processes: Establish, maintain, and evolve standardized methodologies, processes, templates, and tools for project management across the organization. * Strategic Alignment of the Project Portfolio: Ensure all projects align with the company’s strategic objectives, prioritizing initiatives that deliver the greatest business value. * Management of Indicators and Executive Reporting: Collect and analyze data, monitor project performance through KPIs, and prepare clear, consolidated executive reports to support senior leadership decision-making. * Supervision and Governance of the Project Portfolio: Oversee multiple projects or the portfolio as a whole, managing interdependencies, risks, and compliance with governance guidelines. * Management and Optimization of Shared Resources: Plan and optimize the allocation of shared resources across projects, ensuring the right teams are assigned to the most strategic initiatives. **Requirements and Qualifications** Proficiency in project management methodologies, including traditional approaches (e.g., PMBOK) and agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban), as well as supporting project management tools.
