Apply here and join us. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Support the implementation of new product, MP, process, and equipment projects, ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards; * Conduct detailed analyses of existing industrial processes to identify improvement opportunities; * Collect data and perform performance evaluations to identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies in processes; * Develop innovative solutions to optimize industrial processes, aiming to improve productivity and quality; * Collaborate with R\&D, Industrial Engineering, and manufacturing teams for implementation and validation of new product and process projects; * Support the creation of continuous monitoring systems to evaluate process performance after implementation of improvements; * Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and reports to track progress and identify additional areas for enhancement; * Support training and technical assistance for Industrial Engineering, manufacturing, and maintenance teams, ensuring effective understanding and adoption of process changes; * Monitor tests and scale-up developments in production, proposing improvements related to process parameters, cycle times, and process flow; * Actively participate in product non-conformance discussions. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed technical course (Chemistry, Mechanical, or Electronics/Electrical) or ongoing undergraduate degree (Chemistry, Engineering, or Administration) from the 5th semester onward; * Knowledge of Quality Management tools. **Additional Information** **Compensation** **In addition to an attractive fixed salary**, FCC offers a **Profit Sharing Program (PPR)** aligned with company results. **Benefits** **FCC goes beyond the basics for you** * **Transportation allowance** with up to 6% deduction from base salary or **Mobility assistance**; * **Parking** and **bicycle storage**, secured location for your belongings; * On-site **cafeteria**, costing only R$ 2.13 per meal for employees; * We reward punctuality and perfect attendance with the **Attendance Award**, valued at R$62.50, credited directly to your **Raiô card**; * Want to start or continue your **undergraduate studies**?
