Job Summary: Develop and implement occupational health and safety policies, conduct assessments, identify control variables, and develop educational initiatives. Key Highlights: 1. Develop educational initiatives in health and safety Develop and implement occupational health and safety policies; conduct occupational health and safety situation assessments for construction sites and/or locations where activities will be carried out; identify control variables related to diseases, accidents, quality of life, and the environment. Develop educational initiatives in occupational health and safety; integrate negotiation processes. Participate in the adoption of technologies and work processes; investigate and analyze workplace accidents and recommend preventive and control measures. Ensure that employees comply with established regulations.
