In this role, the professional will be responsible for **installing fiber-optic internet at customers' residences and businesses**, as well as providing **on-site maintenance and technical support**, ensuring service quality and an optimal end-customer experience. Responsibilities * Responsibilities * Perform **fiber-optic internet installation at the customer's residence or business** * Carry out **equipment configuration**, such as routers and ONUs * Conduct **corrective and preventive maintenance** on the network and customer-installed equipment * Identify and resolve **connectivity, signal, or equipment issues** * Guide customers on **basic internet usage and equipment operation** * Perform **speed and signal quality tests** after installation or maintenance * Ensure **cable organization and professional appearance of the installation** * Follow **technical and safety standards** during field activities * Record **service calls, performed services, and incidents in the system** * Maintain care of **company equipment, tools, and vehicles** Requirements * Completed high school education * Availability for **fieldwork** * Responsibility, attentiveness, and organizational skills * Driver's license (Class B) * Basic computer literacy Preferred Qualifications * Experience with **fiber-optic networks** * Experience with **working at heights** * Basic knowledge of **telecommunications or networking** * Prior experience as a **technical assistant or technician** Why is this position important?
