In this role, you will work directly on **fiber optic network infrastructure**, supporting external activities related to deployment, maintenance, and organization of aerial networks on utility poles. **Responsibilities** * Support the deployment and maintenance of aerial fiber optic networks (on utility poles) * Assist in cable pulling, organization, and securing of fiber optic cables * Provide technical support for preventive and corrective maintenance * Identify and report potential irregularities in the network * Follow safety regulations and technical procedures * Support technical teams during external activities * Record information and incidents as required **Requirements** * Completed high school education * Availability for external work * Responsibility, attention to detail, and organizational skills * Willingness to learn and grow in the technical field * Basic computer literacy **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience with fiber optic networks * Experience working at heights or on external infrastructure * Basic knowledge of telecommunications or networking * Prior experience as a technical assistant or helper **Why is this position important?** You will join the team responsible for ensuring the **quality, stability, and expansion of the fiber optic network**, directly contributing to delivering reliable service to our customers.
