Job Summary: Manage the operational team, monitor KPIs, execute scheduling, train staff, and ensure logistics process quality. Key Highlights: 1. Operational team management and development 2. Logistics process support and follow-up **Job Description:** ---------------------- Manage the operational team (assigning operational tasks and conducting daily employee evaluations per internal company procedures; based on results, implement interventions and training as needed); conduct shift-start meetings, Daily Safety Talks (DDS), and other communications with the Operations department; monitor operational KPIs daily; execute daily inbound and outbound demand scheduling per client requests and alignment with PCL; implement actions to meet targets based on operational indicators; train staff on processes under your responsibility, introduce company policies, and facilitate new employees’ integration into the work environment; submit daily operational performance reports via information software; supervise and manage third-party vendors to ensure proper execution of their activities; complete daily checklists via Gemba Walks and propose improvements and ensure adherence to defined standards based on findings; perform operational tasks when necessary; support resolution of incident-related matters; monitor completion of equipment and process monitoring checklists; provide support for activities involving the operations area; maintain up-to-date area procedures and documentation; inspect checklists with Logistics Operators II to ensure equipment is in perfect working condition; conduct visual inspections of forklifts and immediately report any deviations via e\-mail to the Maintenance Supervisor; act as intermediary for machine yard issues between Operations and the Maintenance Supervisor; ensure accurate completion of documentation related to equipment delivery and pickup (new contracts, contract termination, corrective and preventive maintenance). **Mandatory Requirements:** ------------------------------ Currently pursuing or completed Bachelor’s degree in Logistics **Desired Requirements:** -------------------------- Incomplete Bachelor’s degree **Employment Type:** -------------------------- CLT **PwD (Persons with Disabilities):** -------- YES **Benefits:** --------------- Meal Allowance Transportation Allowance Breakfast Parking On-site Cafeteria Health Insurance (after probation period) Dental Insurance (after probation period) Benefits Club (after probation period) Life Insurance (after probation period) TotalPass (after probation period) **Work Location:** ---------------------- Pinhais \- PR **Working Hours:** ------------------------ First Shift and Second Shift
