Maintaining order and safety in the workplace **Position: CNC Machine Programmer/Setup Technician – 2nd Shift** **Schedule**: 3:00 PM to 12:48 AM (1-hour break), Monday through Friday. · Base Salary: R$ 4,000.00 to R$ 5,000.00 · Night Shift Allowance **Responsibilities:** Programs the CNC machine by creating computerized instructions via the equipment’s electronic control panel, specifying the sequence and operational parameters. Sets up the machine by replacing, mounting, and adjusting cutting and finishing tools for prosthetic components, performing all tasks according to dimensions specified in Production Orders. Monitors equipment startup during a test run, verifies dimensions, makes necessary adjustments, and authorizes commencement of the production process. Remains attentive to ongoing operations, ensuring adherence to indicators established in Production Orders, and intervenes in the process when corrections to programming are required. Maintains order and cleanliness of the work area, equipment, and tools; requests maintenance services as needed; and follows safety procedures and proper use of PPE.
