Monitor sales progress, ensure adherence to deadlines, and promptly inform customers of any delays. Manage customer accounts by recording relevant information, updating registration data, and providing activity reports. Monitor product or service delivery status, keeping customers informed about their order status. Control spreadsheets and emails, record important information, and respond to customer requests promptly and accurately. Handle pending invoices.
