Involvement in delivery and carrier control **Job Description:** ---------------------- INCLUSIVE FOR PCD ACTIVITIES: Daily verification of whether deliveries were completed within agreed deadlines; verification of charges levied by carriers; monitoring of carrier pricing and market offerings; handling and responding to customer complaints regarding unmet delivery deadlines by carriers; handling and responding to customer complaints regarding damages/discrepancies in deliveries concerning quality and quantity; informing the finance department of pending credits related to carrier failures, as well as credits customers are entitled to receive due to such failures; holding carriers accountable for adherence to agreed deadlines and pricing; recording consignment notes and incidents in a dedicated system for this activity; sending e-mails to customers regarding completed pickups; performing other tasks as requested; contacting customers, maintaining area-related document controls, and following established procedures. Hybrid work model.
