Job Summary: Professional responsible for planning and executing construction projects, organizing activities, supervising teams, and ensuring quality and compliance with certifications. Implementation of the 5S culture **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:** Plan and schedule construction works and/or projects; Organize and manage the company's operational activities, ensuring project efficiency and quality; Supervise and coordinate technical teams, guiding and training professionals to meet established goals, deadlines, and objectives; Review and update construction reports, painting reports with measurements and photos, schedules, final project books, and other relevant documentation, in addition to team training; Train new foremen, technical assistants, and applicators; Ensure maintenance and recertification of ISO 9001 and other certifications; Implement the 5S culture internally and externally on construction sites; Ensure foremen perform the quality process after applying Zebron (Holiday) line products. **REQUIREMENTS:** Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering; Minimum 6 years of experience managing general construction projects within industrial services and/or civil construction and painting sectors; Knowledge of performance indicator development, technical reports (RDO and RP), integrated management systems, and project management; Full availability for travel. **COMPETENCIES:** Proactivity; Organization; Leadership; Emotional Intelligence; Strong people and conflict management skills. **EMPLOYMENT TYPE:** CLT **LOCATION:** Pinhais | Paraná | Atuba Neighborhood **SALARY:** To be negotiated **BENEFITS:** Transportation allowance (VT), Food allowance (VA) (R$ 800.00), Meal voucher (VR) (R$ 24.00/day), Unimed health plan with copayment after probation period. **WORK HOURS:** Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM, with a 1-hour and 30-minute break. **MINIMUM EDUCATION LEVEL:** Bachelor's degree **DRIVER'S LICENSE:** Category B Availability for travel
