This professional will play an essential role in supporting operations, ensuring that building infrastructure remains in appropriate working condition, compliant with technical standards, safety regulations, and internal procedures. If you have experience in building maintenance, a strong sense of responsibility, and enjoy working in a dynamic industrial environment, this opportunity is for you! **Main Responsibilities:** * Perform preventive and corrective building maintenance activities, ensuring facility functionality and safety; * Carry out carpentry, masonry, painting, electrical, and plumbing services as required; * Identify needs for repairs, improvements, and replacement of building components; * Create, update, and monitor maintenance service orders; * Request and manage materials, tools, and supplies necessary for task execution; * Comply with and promote company safety norms, policies, and procedures; * Ensure confidentiality of information and adherence to the Code of Conduct; * Collaborate closely with Production, Occupational Safety, and other support areas. **Key Activities:** * Conduct preventive maintenance through inspections, verifications, and cleaning of buildings and equipment; * Execute planned and unplanned corrective maintenance, ensuring rapid response to demands; * Test functionality of electrical, hydraulic, and structural components after interventions; * Perform material take-offs and record technical information in service orders; * Follow Work Instructions (WIs) and Service Orders (SOs) related to safety; * Support specific facility improvements aimed at increasing infrastructure efficiency and durability. **Mandatory Requirements:** **Education:** * Completed High School. * NR-35 Training **Experience:** * Minimum 2 years of experience in building maintenance, civil construction, or related fields. **Desirable Qualifications:** * Basic computer skills; * Knowledge of building electrical systems; * Knowledge of building plumbing systems. **Work Location:** Rua Vicente Canestraro, 697 – Colombo/PR Minimum Education Level: High School (Secondary Education) Desired Education: * High School (Secondary Education) * Life Insurance * On-site Meals * Health Plan * Dental Plan * Study Grant * Pharmacy Benefit * Meal Voucher * Funeral Assistance * Career Development Plan * Christmas Basket * Day Off * Profit-Sharing Program (PPR)
