Ensuring organization and functionality of facilities Responsible for general farm maintenance, ensuring preservation of outdoor areas, internal roads, garden, and existing buildings. Performs preventive and corrective actions to ensure organization, functionality, and good condition of facilities. Must reside on the farm (on-site housing required). **Main Responsibilities** * Mow designated areas to prevent excessive weed growth. * Maintain internal roads open and in good driving condition. \-Care for and maintain the garden of the main house. \-Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on existing buildings. * Carry out minor masonry, plumbing, and electrical repairs as needed. * Maintain machines, equipment, and resources provided by the property. **Requirements** * Experience operating brush cutters and hedge trimmers, with proper usage to preserve equipment. * Ability to drive and operate tractors. * Basic knowledge of maintenance (masonry, plumbing, and electrical work). * Prior experience on rural properties or farms. Minimum Education: Elementary School (1st level) Personal vehicle Willingness to relocate Meal allowance of R$ 600.00
