Come explore our opportunities! **Responsibilities and Duties** This role is responsible for operating the reel machine according to the production sequence, meeting deadlines, quality standards, and safety regulations defined by Ibema. * Operate the reel machine, controlling the number of windings and jumbo weight; * Operate calenders, adjusting pressure to maintain paper thickness within specifications; * Operate overhead cranes to move jumbos; * Issue identification labels according to production orders; * Assist with threading the paper web during machine restarts; * Dispose of paper waste generated by the paper machine; * Record incidents in the production log; * Maintain workplace cleanliness and organization, aligned with the SEI Program \- Industrial Excellence System; * Collect paper samples and deliver them to the laboratory for analysis. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed high school education; * Basic computer skills preferred; * Knowledge of paper and pulp preferred; * Availability to work rotating shifts; Interest in developing an industrial career. * **Additional Information** #### **Benefits** At Ibema, we handle things with care and design solutions to package your future.
