Incident resolution and invoice (NF) sorting JOB DESCRIPTION: \* Lead operations by assigning tasks to assistants and inspectors; \* Conduct loading and unloading inspections of goods; \* Monitor consumable materials (pallets, stretch wrap, tarps); \* Track cages and pallets using forms, reporting destination units along with vehicle license plates (by customer, number of pallets and cages); \* Signal during vehicle maneuvers; \* Perform palletizing and stretch wrapping; \* Review pending items, investigate root causes, and resolve incidents; \* Sort invoices (NFs) for dispatch; REQUIREMENTS: \* Completed high school education \* Prior experience in this role is desirable.
