Job Summary: We are seeking a Sales Representative with technical knowledge of industrial products and processes, experience with commercial tools, and a proactive profile. Key Highlights: 1. Communicative, resilient, and proactive profile * Salary: BRL 2,280.00 – BRL 2,400.00 * Position: Sales Representative * Location: Emiliano Perneta, Pinhais/PR * Working hours: Monday to Friday, from 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM * Employment type: CLT (permanent contract) **Requirements:** · Technical knowledge of industrial products and processes, including material types (carbon steel, stainless steel, aluminum, galvanized steel, etc.); manufacturing processes such as laser cutting, bending, welding (MIG, TIG, and electrode), machining, and painting; basic technical drawing interpretation (dimensions, tolerances, squareness), and understanding of production limitations. · Experience with commercial and management tools, such as CRM or proposal tracking systems, indicator analysis, Power BI, report generation, as well as basic knowledge of logistics and billing. · Minimum 1 year of experience in the role. · Behavioral profile: calm, communicative, resilient, and responsible individual with attention to detail, proactive attitude, flexibility, empathy, and analytical mindset. · Willingness to travel; · Driver’s license category B. **Benefits:** * Transportation allowance * Meal allowance: BRL 340.00 * On-site lunch provided (with daily deduction of BRL 4.03). * Life insurance * MedMe – Nissei Pharmacy discount. * Health plan * Medication purchase subsidy * Dental plan * Sales commission Compensation: BRL 2,280.00 – BRL 2,400.00 per month Benefits: * Medical assistance * Dental assistance * Meal allowance * Food voucher * Transportation allowance Workplace: On-site
