Job Summary: Coordinate electrical, electronic, and mechanical maintenance teams, planning inspections, maintenance activities, and providing technical support to ensure asset availability. Promote safety, productivity, and reliability of assets. Coordinate the activities of the electrical, electronic, and mechanical maintenance team, ensuring operational demand fulfillment through people management, inspection planning, preventive and corrective maintenance, and technical support for equipment. Guarantee material availability, supervise third-party suppliers, deliver technical training, and represent the company when required, promoting safety, productivity, and reliability of assets. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Define priorities and resources for maintenance activities to ensure efficiency, adherence to deadlines, and alignment with operational demands; * Ensure supply of maintenance materials by working directly with the Procurement department; * Coordinate, guide, and monitor the team to foster development aligned with company objectives; * Plan, schedule, and execute equipment inspection plans to ensure reliability and operational availability; * Supervise performance of third-party suppliers, monitoring quality, productivity, and contractual compliance; * Guide supervisors by providing technical direction and evaluating timelines, productivity, and delivery quality; * Implement and monitor safety improvements in procedures, repairs, and interventions on machinery and equipment; * Serve as the technical focal point for equipment maintenance and operation, including RTG, STS, RS, EH, MHC, TT, CH, and support vehicles; * Provide technical training to Maintenance Supervisors, ensuring mastery of equipment and processes; * Monitor and support critical incidents, ensuring rapid resolution and quick return to operations; * Ensure company representation and positioning in strategic agendas and interactions. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Education:** * Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related fields; * Postgraduate degree or specialization in Maintenance, Asset Management, or related areas is desirable. * Intermediate English proficiency; **Technical Knowledge:** * Intermediate Microsoft Office suite proficiency; Knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic maintenance for mobile equipment; * **Experience:** * Prior experience in mobile equipment maintenance; * Experience leading technical teams; Port environment experience is desirable. * **Additional Information** **This position requires 100% on-site work in Paranaguá.** **Our Benefits:** PPR \- Profit Sharing Program Transportation allowance; Meal or food allowance; Nationwide health insurance plan; Dentaluni dental plan; Life insurance; Wellbhub; Nissei pharmacy discount program; Tuition assistance; Language course assistance; Maternity gift basket; Funeral assistance \- extended to dependents; Discounts at educational institutions; Discounts at various establishments in Paranaguá; Monthly celebrations for promoted employees and company anniversaries; Continuous learning through our Corporate University \- UniTCP.
