Sales funnel and negotiation support **Job: Sales Development Representative (SDR)** **Company: Valesul Chevrolet** **Location: São José dos Pinhais – PR** Valesul Chevrolet is looking for a **Sales Development Representative (SDR)** to join its commercial team, directly contributing to business opportunity generation and qualification. **Main Responsibilities:** * Receive, process, and qualify leads (potential customers); * Conduct proactive prospecting for new customers; * Maintain and update systems and CRM; * Make initial contact with customers to identify their needs; * Schedule appointments and hand over qualified opportunities to the sales team; * Monitor the sales funnel and support negotiations; * Ensure prompt and high-quality customer service. **Requirements:** * Prior experience in this role (SDR, pre-sales, or commercial area); * Strong verbal and written communication skills; * Proactive, organized profile with a results-oriented mindset; * Proficiency with digital systems and tools; * Passion for customer service and teamwork. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience with CRM; * Automotive industry experience is a plus. **Working Hours:** * Monday to Friday: 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM (with 2-hour break) * Saturday: 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM **Compensation:** * Fixed salary + commissions Employment Type: Full-time CLT Pay: R$2.200,00 – R$3.500,00 per month Benefits: * Dental insurance * Commercial agreements and discounts * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Selection Question(s): * Please provide your neighborhood and city of residence.
