Your role is to ensure that closing routines, reconciliations, and data extraction occur accurately and on time. This position requires a highly detail-oriented, organized individual with strong motivation to learn about financial metrics and accounting standards within a transformative environment. **The plays depending on you (day-to-day responsibilities):** * Assist in organizing and submitting documents to external accounting firms, ensuring adherence to the monthly schedule. * Perform low- to medium-complexity bank, accounting, and tax reconciliations, identifying discrepancies for immediate correction. * Support data collection for preparing the Income Statement (DRE), Balance Sheet (Balanço), and Cash Flow Statement (DFC), ensuring raw data accuracy. * Assist in preliminary calculation of operational KPIs (EBITDA, margins, working capital) under supervision of the Specialist or Manager. * Update financial control dashboards and spreadsheets, ensuring information is available for executive meetings. * Organize files and documents required for external audits and consulting engagements. * Collaborate in data testing and cleansing phases during implementation of the new SAP system, reporting errors and inconsistencies. * Assist in documenting new financial area processes and manuals. Requirements: **What makes you a starter** (requirements): * Currently pursuing or holding a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or Economics. * Basic understanding of accounting principles (debit/credit) and financial statements. * Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Excel (focus on lookup formulas, pivot tables, and database organization). * Exceptional organizational skills, strong sense of priority, and process-oriented mindset. * Intermediate English (technical reading ability). **Differentiators that get you off the bench** (additional assets): * Prior exposure to accounting firm routines or corporate finance departments. * Basic knowledge of ERPs (SAP is a plus) or data visualization tools (Power BI). * Advanced English.
